Effective 30 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Seeme for using the Seeme app. By creating an account or using Seeme you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You need a phone number you control to create an account, and you are responsible for what happens on your account.
The messages, photos, videos, voice notes, reactions and moments you send are yours. You give Seeme permission to store and transmit them only so the app can deliver them to the people you choose. You are responsible for what you send and you must have the right to send it.
Seeme has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not use Seeme to:
You can block any user from their profile; a blocked user cannot message or call you. You can report a user from their profile or by writing to [email protected]. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. You can stop using Seeme at any time and ask us to delete your account: see how to delete your account.
We work to keep Seeme running well, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Seeme is not a replacement for a phone: it cannot be used to call emergency services.
To the extent the law allows, Seeme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or for content sent by other users.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Seeme after a change means you accept the new terms.
